Our Firm is engaged in various commercial arbitration and litigation cases involving civil, criminal and administrative matters. We have experience handling arbitrations in the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Hongkong International Chamber of Commerce, Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., and Construction Industry Arbitration Commission
Our clients have engaged us for corporate registrations with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Labor and Industry, Social Security System, Philhealth, and Pagibig Fund
We handle patent drafting work and have filed patent and trademark registrations with the Philippine Intellectual Property Office.
Our Firm assigns at least two lawyers to handle a case. Client intake is done through referrals or walk-ins to our office where we conduct interviews to assess the case.
A client interview is conducted by our lawyers to assess the case or matter referred to the Firm.
Our lawyers do extensive research to support all case filings. A partner reviews all work done by associates and signs off on all case filings.

A Acosta & Associates traces its roots to Acosta & Acosta Law Offices, formed in 1975 by Atty. Gil Rosal Acosta (currently of counsel to the Firm) with Atty. Emma Montecillo Acosta (deceased) who joined the practice in 1983.
Atty. Abraham Rey Montecillo Acosta ("Abe") re-established A Acosta & Associates in 2014 after he obtained extensive dispute resolution (litigation, mediation and arbitration), corporate law, and intellectual property experience in major law firms based in Metro Manila.
After graduating from the University of the Philippines College of Law, and having been admitted to the Philippine Bar, Abe became an Associate at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (the Philippines' largest law firm) from 2007 to 2011. He subsequently joined Quisumbing Torres, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie (the largest law firm in the world), from 2011 to 2014.

He was an Associate with the SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Makati and Cebu Offices from 2007 - 2011 and
joined Quisumbing Torres (Baker & McKenzie Manila Office) from 2011 to 2014.
Sheilah handles intellectual property litigation and registration. She has a degree in law from the University of Philippines College of Law. She used to work as as associate at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (Makati), Quisumbing Torres (member firm of Baker & McKenzie, and Jollibee Foods Corporation
Candice handles corporate registration and housekeeping work for the Firm's corporate clients. She has a degree in law from the University of San Carlos
